I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but they could benefit from a refresh, especially the bathrooms. The two double beds provided ample space to move around and store my items. Although the breakfast was satisfying, it could be enhanced.

The service was friendly, but there were occasional challenges with communication, like not responding to emails promptly. However, the staff was helpful in arranging rides and other services.

The location was excellent, situated on a quiet street close to the largest shopping mall in Santiago. It was convenient to access public transportation and shopping centers, and the staff, most of whom spoke English, were very helpful.

The dining experience was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. While some aspects were excellent, such as the Sicilian cunzato bread, the options for vegetarians were limited. There were also long wait times and queues during peak hours.
